Due to the nature of our handcrafted floral arrangements, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Returns & Refunds

As our bouquets are fresh, handcrafted arrangements made with seasonal flowers, we cannot accept returns of floral products once they have been delivered or picked up.

However, if you receive an arrangement that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

If you experience any quality issues with your floral arrangement, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly.

Please note that flowers are natural products and may vary slightly from images. Seasonal availability may also affect the exact flowers used in arrangements.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
